Sorin

Sorin, my thousands of year old super grumpy dragonness who fought in the first creature war. She accepted an elven rider to free her bretheren and was a major factor in the ending of the war. Afterwards, her rider having fallen in battle.

Sorin settled in a castle ruins atop of a mountain. She raised a family, three children, two males and a female. She was happy once more, untill a wave of humans, wanting revenge, slaughtered her family while she was out hunting. Sorin became the cynical, harsh and scared dragonness she now is.

After many cernturies of solitude, other then the occasional scare on the human village below. Sorin was close to ending her own life, wanting to break free from its painful grip.

But then on a fateful day, she went to drink from the great ocean nearby. As she did, a Silki did she spot. Taking it captive, a young female named Kiri. Sorin made her a servent, who would be fried if she disobeyed or attempted to escape. But after some days with Kiri, Sorin found herself unusually compelled to be kinder and did not realize that she was using a much softer tone of voice then ever before.

Sorin, like many other dragons, has a horde. She collects art of all kinds, and things of wisdom. She soon found that she was lacking in things of the sea and its creatures. She turned to Kiri, who was useless other then that they could venture to one of the only Silki gathering places.

So they set off, and Sorin found herself laughing, joking and enjoying herself. They had an encounter with a humans, they had speared her through her chest, just below the lungs, but bruising many ribs. Sorin plummeted, and wittnessed Kiri's fury on the humans as she fell.

Sorin survived, all because of Kiri's knowledge of remedies, and fierce loyalty. They continued after a long delay, and the two became closer. They also encountered a red dragon who had been bothering Sorin for a long time.

With Kiri's help, and the timly assisstance of a Pheonix, Sorin took him down. But when she would have burned him, killed him. Kiri calmed the fierce dragonness, and the dragon fled without the ability to fly. His wings, gone. It was then that Sorin realized, just how much this Silki was changing her.

They continued on their journey, but never finished it. Kiri, just dissappeared, and Sorin thought her dead. She passed into what few dragons fall prey to.

Somethign that only comes after so much loss and pain in the dragon's life. Sorin called it the eternal rage. She destroyed her village, razed it to the ground and almost destroyed her home. But Kiri returned, now a soul trapped in a machine. Sorin freed from the eternal rage, began to try to find a way to free Kiri.

With the help of Kaito, a human who could 'sing things into existance'. They freed her from the machine, Kaito having made it in the first place. Sorin went in search of her dear friend Grenbov, a childhood friend, for aid. She found him slain, dead in his home with no evidence as to what had happened.

She returned, and was talking with Kaito and Kiri, when an egg dropped from the sky. Another dragon having given away her child. The egg hatched very soon after, and Sorin took on the responsibility of raising it. She named it Arshavir. The hatchling was green and extremely energetic.

Kaito summoned the dead body of Grenbov, and placed Kiri's soul inside him. Now she/he is in full control of a body. Sorin went scouting, only to end up being attacked, falling from the sky with her wings torn and being at the mercy of a purple/blue dragon named Virmire who is debating weather or not he should kill her.
