I Did It...

Something that has been in my files for a while.

Swallowsong's descent into darkness wasn't without an impact on her family, the entire reason she'd even turned to the DarkClan's ways was to protect them. First she'd killed Neglectedblood to avenge the murdered medicine cat, and then Clearblood when the tom attempted to rape her sister Twilightsky. She fell deeper and deeper into the depths of the Dark Forest, forsaking StarClan when seemingly they weren't there for the clan with both Dapplestar's capture and Breezefall's murder. She never really returned to StarClan either.

Rabbitkit (left middle): He grew to fear Swallowsong, though he understood all she wanted to do was protect him and his siblings. He'd rather not spend much time with her however, and would always obey without a word of disagreement.

Longkit (middle middle): He grew up respecting Swallowsong for just how far she was willing to go to protect her family. He followed in her footsteps, and grew closer to the Dark Forest despite his mother's wishes, and happily bent the Code.

Paintedkit (right middle): She was ashamed of her aunt, in part because she has an extremely large belief in StarClan and the Code. Paintedkit refused to spend time with her after she became a warrior, and despite her softer nature would be cold against her aunt should something of moral question arise.

Twilightsky (bottom): It broke Twlightsky's heart to see the pain and struggle her sister went through as she fell into darkness, trying constantly to bring her back to walk the path of StarClan. She was the only thing keeping Swallowsong from becoming truly evil, and had always loved her sister dearly. 

Swallowsong honestly only became evil because of her duty to her family. I also maybe kinda (okay I so do) ship Swallowsong and Twilightsky.
